Evolve specializes in Private Yoga Sessions: -either 1-on-1 or Private Group Yoga classes all along the Emerald Coast, including Fort Walton Beach, Niceville, Destin and Navarre.

Fundamentals for any level of practice:

Learn the essential postures with focus on alignment and core strength, breath awareness and introduction to meditation.

Yoga Therapy:

For those dealing with particular health issues or recovering from injuries. Practice is tailored to the specific needs of the individual.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga:

Practice designed to get the heart rate up and work the body a little more diligently.Vinyasa is a linking together of yoga postures using movement and synchronizing breathing. This unique method warms the body, increasing stamina, internal balance, and flexibility. Correct alignment is observed, yet function is stressed over form.

 (optional Reiki therapy can be incorporated)

Private Group Yoga classes are a wonderful opportunity for to offer a yoga class to your friends!

 Bookings include those on vacation, bridal parties, birthday parties,training for an event, wedding parties, tennis teams, Mom's groups...

Any reason to get together and practice is a great one!

Private Yoga Session: 70 minutes

 (1-on-1): $50.00  

Pakcage of 3 : $135.00          

Private One (1) hour Group Session:  $75.00

Would you like to start a home practice, but not sure how or what to do? Do you have a specific illness or physical condition you are managing? Are you looking for a new dimension to your practice? Is your schedule unpredicatable and weekly classes are hard to fit? Private Yoga Instruction is a wonderful opportunity to ask questions and have a practice put together specifically for you!

Felicia will come to your home, office, back yard (surrounding area) or you have the option of coming to practice at a Yoga Studio here in beautiful Fort Walton beach.

10-15minutes:Guided meditation and breath work to soothe the mind

30-45minutes:A guided Asana (posture) Yoga Practice with supporting music playing to enhance your experience. The Practice is designed to fit the need of the individual. Postures are modifed when needed and also under careful observation by Felicia McQuaid, Your  Certified Yoga Instructor. Always there to guide and support you through the Asana Practice.

10-15 Relaxation: Let go and integrate the many benefits of the practice. Restores the mind, body and spirit.
